Cancellation Policy
All cancelations less than 48 hours prior to service date, will be subject to a 50% non-refundable fee. Shelby reserves the right to charge the card on file within 24 hours of missed or canceled appointments. If payment is declined, you will be required to pay deposit on your next scheduled appointment.
All no-shows will be charged a 60% non refundable fee and require deposit on future appointments. Shelby reserves the right to charge card on file for no- show clients. If funds are not available, it will be sent as an invoice to be paid within 48 hours.
Just be honest. If you're running late, call me, be honest and communicate. We are understanding and can work with you! Things come up, please give me at least 48 hour notice so I can fill your spot.
